Biography

Modern rock group DLD began climbing the rock charts in 2003, having been discovered via a Battle of the Bands hosted by popular radio station Órbita FM in 2002. Bandmembers include Paco (vocals and guitar), Eric (guitar), Edgar (bass), and Rodrigo (drums). Drawing inspiration from the rock sounds of the '70s through the '90s, DLD cites artists as diverse as INXS, Hendrix, and Pearl Jam as the major influences forming their sound. The group's debut album featured singles such as "Noches de Vinyl," "Dixie," and "Loco Corazón," which earned the group a significant presence on Mexican indie radio.
